As Territory Manager – Surgical, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across your territory.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities while providing clinical support and education to key healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement teams.
  • Support product launches and strategic initiatives to expand access to innovative surgical solutions.
  • Represent the company at key hospital events, conferences, and clinical meetings.

What we're looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Science, Marketing, Management, or similar.
  • Experience in healthcare, ideally with surgical or hospital-based products.
  • Proven success in a commercial/sales environment with strong B2B and key account management skills.
  • Confidence in engaging senior healthcare professionals and delivering educational presentations.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills, with a results-driven mindset.
