Senior Account Manager
to join their competitions and promotions team. This exciting opportunity will see you working on competitions and promotions for your favourite household TV shows and brands You will be the trusted advisor to senior clients, and working alongside the internal creative team to deliver outstanding results.

  • $85K + Super
  • Located in Surry Hills - Hybrid working arrangement (2 days WFH)

Senior Account Manager
to lead our campaign strategy, execution and delivery across multiple industries.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As our Senior Account Manager, you will be trusted with building and growing relationships with clients, leading campaign strategy and execution, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members to continue to grow our team, and collaborating across agencies to deliver integrated solutions. As well as training and development, you will also be required to support the wider activations teams with brand advocacy for your clients. You will be required to use feedback to continuously improve outcomes, and deliver post-campaign reporting and insights.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

  • 3+ years of experience in account management within an agency
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, and lead a team.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to speak persuasively and confidently
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Proactive mindset
  • Knowledge of strategy, design, partnership & budgets

NICE TO HAVE...

  • Experience with competitions and promotions
  • Experience with retail activations or shopper agencies
