The Role

We're looking for a 
Senior Account Manager
 to join our Sydney team.

As a key member of our high-performing Sydney team, you'll drive growth while managing projects end-to-end with confidence and clarity. You'll combine excellent client service and project management skills with a strategic mindset that ensures Cowan delivers creativity with commercial impact.

What You'll Do

  • Build and strengthen client relationships, managing projects day-to-day
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery — budgets, timelines, and outcomes
  • Write clear, strategically grounded briefs and proposals
  • Collaborate across our global network to harness best-in-class insights
  • Contribute to new business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing new client contacts
  • Ensure all work reflects Cowan's positioning: solving brand problems and designing for growth

What You'll Bring

  • 4–6 years' account management experience in branding or design
  • Experience in packaging design
  • Solid commercial skills to support profitable project delivery
  • Strong project management and client service expertise
  • A collaborative mindset — curious, proactive, and positive
