We're looking for an
Account Executive
to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of client relationships and campaign delivery. Working closely with Account Managers and Account Directors, you'll help ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative and strategic standard.

As an Account Executive, you'll be the connective link between clients and internal teams, helping to brief creative, production, and media specialists; track timelines and budgets; and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

This is a great opportunity for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creative work that delivers real impact. You'll be learning to anticipate client needs, contribute ideas, and take ownership of smaller projects or campaign components with growing independence.

What You'll Do

Client Management

  • Support the management of allocated clients and accounts
  • Ensure all content targets and deadlines are met
  • Work within assigned client hours to produce quality work
  • Communicate effectively to build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Maintain positive relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective delivery

Content Creation

  • Collaborate with the team to produce content aligned with client social media strategies
  • Proactively develop and pitch new campaign ideas
  • Partner with Graphic Designers to ensure timely delivery of photos, designs, and videos

Business & Personal Development

  • Uphold and further develop the Hello Social brand
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in social media and digital marketing
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by working effectively with colleagues and clients

What You'll Bring

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an agency or similarly fast-paced environment

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of social media production, communication, and dissemination techniques
  • Knowledge of how to show, promote, and sell products or services effectively
  • Ability to meet customer needs, maintain quality standards, and evaluate satisfaction
  • Creativity and the ability to generate fresh ideas
