**Job Description: Dental Receptionist (School Liaison)**

We are a **mobile dental van company** providing dental services to schools, and we are seeking a Dental Receptionist to serve as a liaison between our team and local schools. This role involves cold calling schools, establishing partnerships, and scheduling dental appointments for students. The receptionist will also receive and direct calls, ensuring smooth communication between schools and our mobile dental team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cold call schools to introduce our mobile dental services and schedule appointments.
- Act as a liaison between schools and the dental team, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules.
- Manage appointment bookings and rescheduling as needed.
- Receive incoming calls from schools or parents, addressing inquiries and scheduling dental services.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and communication with schools.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills and ability to cold call schools.
- Organized with good time management skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
