About the Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a nine-month contract in our new modern office located at Norwest.
Reporting to the AP Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Processing supplier invoices & credit notes.
- Preparing payment plans and processing payments.
- Liaising with branches and suppliers and resolving issues.
- Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships.
- Ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
- Updating supplier database and assist with reporting.
- Scanning and file management.

About You
You will ideally possess the following attributes, skills and experience:
- A minimum of three years' experience in a fast paced, full function accounts payable role.
- Able to adapt to Accounts Payable modules across differing ERP systems.
- Intermediate MS Office and strong data entry skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and
suppliers. - Exposure to multi-branch network environment will be highly regarded.
