About the Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a nine-month contract in our new modern office located at Norwest.

Reporting to the AP Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing supplier invoices & credit notes.
  • Preparing payment plans and processing payments.
  • Liaising with branches and suppliers and resolving issues.
  • Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships.
  • Ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Updating supplier database and assist with reporting.
  • Scanning and file management.

About You

You will ideally possess the following attributes, skills and experience:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a fast paced, full function accounts payable role.
  • Able to adapt to Accounts Payable modules across differing ERP systems.
  • Intermediate MS Office and strong data entry skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and

    suppliers.
  • Exposure to multi-branch network environment will be highly regarded.
