About The Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team in our new modern office located at Norwest.

Reporting to the AP Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing supplier invoices & credit notes.
  • Preparing payment plans and processing payments.
  • Liaising with branches and suppliers and resolving issues.
  • Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships.
  • Ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Updating supplier database and assist with reporting.
  • Scanning and file management.

About You
You will ideally possess the following attributes, skills and experience:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a fast paced, full function accounts payable role.
  • Able to adapt to Accounts Payable modules across differing ERP systems.
  • Intermediate MS Office and strong data entry skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and suppliers.
  • Exposure to multi-branch network environment will be highly regarded.
