Job Description:

As an Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our team in managing their workload effectively. You will collaborate closely with clients, the electrical team, and other internal departments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. Your expertise in electrical systems and fire detection processes will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all electrical projects from planning & scheduling through to completion.
  • Lead and supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Manage installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire detection systems.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to team members.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Current electrical licence (highly regarded).
  • Proven experience with fire detection systems (highly regarded).
  • Strong background in general electrical systems and compliance.
  • Management experience leading teams or projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work from the office and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Accredited Practitioner status (highly regarded but not essential).
