Position Summary:
As a Parts Interpreter, you will promote and supervise the work of the parts department and coordinate with other departments and partners. Enable the department to operate efficiently. Complete various indicators and tasks assigned by the company. Pay attention to and adjust the dealership's parts inventory, BO SO FO ordering and tracking, inventory and ordering before leaving get off work. Ensure the daily outbound and inbound work of parts, track ordered parts, and cooperate with the finance department to conduct an inventory count monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and supervise the work of the after-sales parts department and the parts inventory of the dealership to ensure that every customer can receive excellent customer service
- BO SO FO ordering and tracking
- Ensure the daily outbound and inbound work of parts
- Responsible for the inventory and ordering of the department before leaving work
- Be able to install and use the electronic parts catalog EPC
- Follow the various rules for the operation and maintenance of the dealer's computer system
- Pay attention to inconsistent parts indicators, and quickly investigate and solve them
- Cooperate with the finance department to conduct an inventory count once a month, and report the inventory results to the company
- Check the parts inventory area, shipping area and receiving area once a week
- Track the ordered parts orders.
- Be fully responsible for external products
- Other matters assigned by superiors and work related to the work of this department
Qualifications:
Educational background:
- Automotive or related college degree or above
Training experience:
- Received training in maintenance technology, management, etc.
Experience:
- More than 4 years of work experience in the scope of automotive repair services or related industries.
- More than 2 years of experience in management positions
- Those who can master mechanical and automotive knowledge will be given priority
- Those who are familiar with the business operations of Toyota Motor Corporation and BYD will be considered favourable
Skills:
- Good computer application knowledge
- Communication skills and good language expression ability in sales process and related work
- Must have strong analysis, organization, business development and training skills
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in related skills
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to handle customer complaints
