We currently have an opportunity for an **Electrical Team Leader/2IC** who can demonstrate an understanding of how to deliver high level quality input into all aspects of automation control systems, instrumentation and electrical support in the fields of design, construction & team leadership

**The Team**:
Employing over 80 full time staff. We have resources which enable us to provide full life cycle service for our customers. Our resource capabilities include project managers, engineers, technicians, electricians, welders, fitters and riggers.

**The Role**:
The role is for an office oriented and practical qualified Team Leader to take ownership of customers and assist in the leadership of the electrical construction team. The positions will report to the Electrical Manager

The role requirements of the position include;
- Electrical Systems estimating & Installation Support
- Instrumentation specification
- Electrical Design Support
- Familiarity with Microsoft office suite.
- Support the Engineering & Technology and Project Delivery teams.
- Scope of Work management including scheduling and preparing safety, quality and operational documentation.
- Liaison with customers to deliver scope and service.
- Working with project managers and other Triple I sections to deliver the needs of consolidated works

Experience in the following would be highly regarded
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI and SCADA. Microprocessor based control systems or similar.
- Fibre Optic/CAT6 Networking.
- Experience with UPS systems.
- Experience with pneumatic systems.
- Previous Team Leader/Supervisory role
- Qualified Supervisor Electrician Licence
- Demonstrate a solid commitment to safety, quality, honesty and work integrity.
- Demonstrated communication skills effective in dealing with both customers and team members.
- Computer competency skills required to use Microsoft O365 suite.

The following would be highly regarded
- Medium to large Project estimating experience.
- Previous Experience in a team leadership/supervisory role

The remuneration package will be negotiable and depend on your skills, outcomes and experience.
