**Flexiforce is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to help in the management of a large estate for a top-market family-owned Agricultural business specialising in Beef cattle.**

**The property is located in the beautiful Illawarra region, approximately 10 minutes outside of Robertson, with a bus stop right out front. Easy access to both Wollongong and Southern Highlands shopping.**

**A well-planned and goal-oriented farm management system is what a farm needs to successfully operate.**

**W**e’re looking for someone professional & mature with a high level of fitness, as this will be a physically demanding job.**

***The successful applicant will need to have**:

- **At least, 5 years’ proven experience working with cattle.**:

- **Previous experience in Pasture improvement.**:

- **A pragmatic mindset.**:

- **Ability to effectively communicate, as well as understand and interpret instructions.**:

- **Knowledge of how to operate high-quality farm machinery in a safe and responsible manner, abiding to all WHS requirements.**

***They will be expected to**:

- **Keep abreast of developments in agricultural science in order to implement best practices.**:

- **Adhere to safety and health regulations.**:

- **Plan & schedule general operations.**:

- **Analyse current processes and procedures to recommend improvements.**:

- **Undertake all necessary farm renovations.**:

- **Organise maintenance and repairs of farm buildings, machinery, and equipment.**:

- **Monitor animal welfare and health, including liaison with vets.**:

- **Maintain records of livestock, crops, and financial transactions.**:

- **Purchase supplies.**:

- **Deciding which crops should be planted and their quality, quantity, and mode of harvest.**:

- **Perform practical tasks such as operating machinery, feeding animals, or spraying the fields.**:

- **Utilise an extensive range of machinery which will be available, such as: Excavator; Backhoe; Front-end Loader; Telehandler; Tractor.**:

- **Work unsupervised, as well as part of a team.**

**This role would be ideal for a family person, as we are offering a very generous remuneration and large family home with electricity included as a package.**

**Must be a self-motivated & driven individual who is passionate about agriculture.**
