Job Summary:

As a BYD Automotive Technician will perform high-quality inspection and repair of vehicles and complete repair tasks according to the arrangements of the after-sales service manager, foreman or after-sales service consultant, in accordance with BYD standards and the specific requirements of the maintenance manual for each model.

Job Description:

1. Ensure the quality of work, complete the repair work in accordance with the prescribed work procedures, and comply with the established safety rules.

2. Complete the repair task on time. If there is any delay in fault diagnosis and parts collection, the after-sales service consultant should be notified immediately so that the customer can be notified (if you cannot complete the fault diagnosis within 20 minutes, the foreman or after-sales service manager should be notified)

3. Check each car to determine the possible cause of the fault, explain the fault to the after-sales service consultant and provide repair suggestions

4. Responsible for technical support, technical guidance, and technical management in the workshop maintenance production process

5. Responsible for diagnosing and analyzing difficult faults, and answering technical information inquiries from the outside world

6. Responsible for providing technical training to workshop technicians and doing a good job of helping them

7. Supervise the execution of the workshop maintenance and inspection operation process, and solve or organize research on problems encountered during maintenance

Qualifications:

Training experience:

• ◆Obtain maintenance technician certification; or obtain second-level certification of other brands for more than two years;
• or be recognized as A-level by the company

Experience:

• with maintenance experience in 3S or TASS;
• Able to skillfully use their own skills and level to independently solve technical faults in this type of work
• Able to master mechanical and automotive knowledge
• Familiar with the business operations of Toyota Motor Corporation and BYD will be considered an advantage

Skills:

• Good computer application knowledge
• Communication skills and good language expression ability in after-sales maintenance process and related work
• Must have strong analysis, organization, and training skills
• Possess a valid driver's license

• Responsible, hard-working, and obedient

Workplace: 4S store after-sales workshop
