This role is internally referred to as Senior Platform Engineer. 

About the Opportunity

• Undertake the full range of activities associated with the analysis, development and support of the existing and new Griffith's Integration Solutions.
• Undertake the investigation and resolution of issues and problems associated with Griffith's Integration Solutions
• Manage the relationship with system owners and liaise with clients to determine requirements and priorities
• Produce system documentation as required.

About you

• SQL skills and comfort with database operations.
  • Oracle & MSSQL
• Skills In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Service Bus (SOA\OSB)
• Skills In Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Experience in Agile methodologies for project delivery and solution development.
• Familiarity with master data management and data quality tools.
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices, APIs, ETL tools.
• Familiar and have worked on Large ERP, ESM and CRMs such as PeopleSoft, Service Now & Sales Force
• Broad knowledge of relational databases, web development tools, modern system development methods, and software quality practices.
• Skills with Microsoft Azure Integration Platform particularly around building Logic and function apps.

Systems Integration and Build Responsibilities:

• Implement and support integrations with on-prem systems or third-party solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop system integration solutions.
• Define and configure integration builds.
• Design and report integration build tests.
• Document system integration components.
• Recommend and implement process and tool improvements.

Data Modelling and Data Analysis Responsibilities:

• Document business data requirements, definitions, models, source systems, and data flows.
• Provide data identification, profiling, and analysis services.
• Maintain data management tasks to ensure integrity and semantic consistency of corporate reporting products.

What we can offer

This is a full time, fixed term opportunity until 1/11/2026 based at Brisbane South (Nathan).  As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

HEW 8 Salary - $113, $127, % super. Full package range - $133, $149,670.98
