We're looking for an experienced consultant who was essentially born in the cloud—a natural in cloud-native technologies, with a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

You'll be joining a collaborative and high-calibre national Professional Services team within Data#3, where you'll work across varied and innovative projects in data, AI, and modern application environments.

In this role you will:

• Strong background in solution design, systems integration, and deploying complex systems at enterprise scale
• Expertise in data services with a focus on Python and SQL for data processing, transformation, and integration (experience with .NET is a bonus but not required)
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders, lead technical teams, and deliver high-impact projects from concept to completion
• Excellent communicator, able to bridge business requirements and technical implementation clearly and effectively
• Practical experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise data architectures, and modern analytics tools and pipelines
• Driven by solving real-world problems with pragmatic, user-focused data solutions

About You

• Strong experience in solution design, systems integration, and enterprise-level deployment
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and technical leadership
• Experience developing modern data platform solutions on Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse), Apache Spark and/or Databricks or similar
• Proficiency in coding with Python and SQL is essential
• Deep understanding of data modelling, ETL processes and data warehousing principles and experience building robust data pipelines
• Ability to capture business intelligence requirements and build reports in Power BI
• Familiarity with modern data architecture patterns e.g. lakehouse medallion architecture
• Experience with building solutions that leverage AI services or experience developing and training AI models is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, enterprise data strategies, and analytics tooling
