We are looking for a Software Service Specialist to drive sales of services solutions in partnership with Software Solutions and Services sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for defined Packaged Services solution sales nationally
  • Acquire, lead, and develop new defined services solutions opportunities
  • Track, manage and report on the national territory for defined Packaged Services Solutions for Software Solutions
  • Deliver sales enablement for Data#3 sales teams across key solution and vendor offerings
  • Identify opportunities for case studies and/or Win wires in existing accounts
  • Prospect new business for defined Services Solutions in customers that meet the defined target profile
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to refer to the Managed Services and Professional Services business units
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans with local Sales Managers, General Managers and Account Managers across several lines of business in alignment with the sales/GTM strategy
  • Actively maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts and related customer information within the relevant databases

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales with medium-to-large organisations within complex technology sales environments
  • Minimum 5 years' software licensing or services sales expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in the identification, assessment and communication of solutions value to clients
  • Strong understanding of business principles and sales cycles
  • Experience with sales forecasts and pipelining
  • Experience in successfully developing and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels, through various platforms
  • Experience in identifying and selling solutions aligned to customers' needs
