About the Role

Are you a technically minded leader with a passion for data accuracy, integration, and reporting excellence? We're seeking a Data Integration & Reporting Lead to lead a high-performing team and drive the development and management of our data integration and reporting systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys solving complex problems with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Data Integration and BI Developers to design, build and run reliable data pipelines and reporting products end‑to‑end.
  • Own integrations across flat files, SQL/NoSQL sources and APIs; architect and maintain robust ETL/ELT processes into the DW/Lakehouse.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful dashboards and reports
  • Retire legacy reports and promote leading-edge reporting capabilities
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to reporting and data services
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data integration practices

About You

You're a disciplined, analytical thinker who values precision and structure. You enjoy working with abstract systems and concepts, and you're confident in your technical expertise. You prefer a hands-on approach and are comfortable making decisions based on detailed information and thorough analysis.

Qualifications

You'll bring:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or Computer Science (highly desirable)
  • Proven leadership in data integration, DW architecture and BI delivery in MS/Azure ecosystems with high expectations and close follow-up
  • Strong technical expertise in Power BI, REST/SOAP APIs, MS Fabric and Data Warehousing
  • Excellent planning, time management, and analytical skills
  • Collaborative style with clear communication; thrives in cross‑functional delivery with IT/Operations.
  • Experience in transport, logistics, or warehousing (desirable)
