The role:

The ERP Integrations Specialist is responsible for assisting in the planning, support, development and maintenance of the ERP and integrated platforms within City Beach. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of the ERP and related infrastructure within the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan, design, and deliver ERP enhancements and changes within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation across end-to-end solution implementations.
  • Champion innovative solutions by staying across technology best practices to ensure City Beach leverages the right tools for every challenge.
  • Collaborate to maintain, administer, test, troubleshoot, and diagnose system infrastructure.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP and related infrastructure systems.
  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of technical solutions and projects within the ERP space.
  • Act as an ERP subject matter expert, mentoring and training junior staff.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience in the operations, support, and maintenance of enterprise ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking and server infrastructure as it relates to ERP environments.
  • Proven background in project management and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in interconnected system landscapes, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and remediation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems as required.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with the following system/s will be highly regarded; MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, LS Retail / LS Central, Navision 2018 / Business Central, JET reports.
