As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and sales success. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth sales operations, supporting account teams, and providing an exceptional customer experience. In this role you will:

  • Provide top-tier customer service, exceeding expectations to foster long-term relationships.
  • Support Account Managers by handling administrative tasks, freeing them up for high-impact sales activities.
  • Manage customer sales queries, identify opportunities, and either convert them or escalate as needed.
  • Create tailored quotes and solutions that drive upsell opportunities and profitability.
  • Resolve order issues proactively by liaising with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay ahead of the game by leveraging vendor tools, promotions, and certifications to enhance sales outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data, ensuring seamless sales and service operations.

About You

  • A natural problem-solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field, preferably in IT.
  • Comfortable working with internal teams, partners, and customers to drive business success.
  • A self-starter with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity and professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Microsoft licensing.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Teams
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce and or Dynamic365
  • Experience working in the education sector.
