  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Data Engineers.
  • Collaborate with IT, Cyber Security and business leaders to continuously improve platform capability and business outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships to maximise value and sustainability.

What will you bring?

  • Strong technical knowledge across contemporary data technologies (e.g. Snowflake, AWS Redshift, PowerBI).
  • Proven ability to design and deliver data strategies (warehousing, ETL, lakes, cleansing) and contribute to ML/AI initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and embedding DevOps/MLOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of data security and governance.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, data or related disciplines.
