Our team includes lawyers who specialise in all aspects of estate planning (including Will and powers of attorney) and deceased estate work (including administration and litigation) so knowledge or experience in these areas and/or in broader client services roles will be valued.

The role requires a mix of legal administration skills and PA capability.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to client enquiries via email and phone

• Assisting with drafting and preparing correspondence, documents, presentations, and bills

• Arranging and manage calendar appointments with our people and clients

• Assisting with managing work allocation, helping the team track and achieve their goals

• Supporting our team with other admin tasks that come across your desk

• File correspondence and documents

What we're looking for in you

Our ideal candidate is an excellent organiser and communicator, with at least three years' experience as an Administration/Personal Assistant or Legal Assistant in a professional service or legal environment.

You will have had experience in Wills & Estates and have already proven yourself to be a strong team player, confident to embrace technology, proactive and client focused. You work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

You will have strong client service skills and be able to build and maintain effective relationships by developing an understanding of our clients and their business. You will genuinely care about and want to help people.

A thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 suite is essential, and knowledge of iManage, and legal practice management systems is welcomed.

What we Offer

We're offering you the opportunity to become a valued member of a dynamic firm with fantastic mentoring and learning opportunities. We have leave options, including a wellbeing leave day, volunteer leave, purchase leave and an annual Moores Day (a day off on the Monday before Cup Day every year).

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and a wellbeing program in addition to a supportive and friendly culture. While the role is predominantly office based, there is some potential for some WFH.
