As a Store Assistant Manager you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure seamless operations and the overall success of our stores. You'll help drive sales, deliver the highest standards of customer service and maintain excellent store presentation, all while embodying the passion and values of the Sole Motive brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Leading from the shop floor, oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store's cleanliness and organisation while elevating customer service standards.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing stock/inventory processes, and achieving sales targets.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure an engaging store presentation.
  • Implement and drive community outreach initiatives (e.g. events, gyms, run clubs).
  • Help manage rosters, hire, train and onboarding of staff.
  • Collaborate with marketing team for in-store campaigns.

About You:

  • Experience in retail with supervisory or leadership experience.
  • A passion for fitness, particularly running, and providing great customer service.
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative in day-to-day operations.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Strong communicator skilled at building relationships with staff, customers, and the community.
