Key responsibilities

will include a range of administrative and office duties such as:

  • Timely and courteous phone management
  • Accurate data processing and inputting

  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Timely and courteous customer assistance
  • Assist in scheduling medical appointments
  • Office coordination including procurement of office stationary and medical supplies.

  • Effective and professional communication with clients and stakeholders

To ensure success you will have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Medical or legal knowledge highly desirable
  • High level computer skills and MS office competency
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
  • Accurate data processing and inputting
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage numerous tasks concurrently
