We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin & Office Support person to join our Narre Warren office. This is a part-time role (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday) that would suit someone wanting steady hours in a supportive environment.

In this role you will:

  • Manage garden shed ordering and scheduling (deliveries, installations, and customer pick-ups)
  • Order supplies for stores and sales team
  • Coordinate with contractors and customers, including confirming bookings and payments
  • Assist with the setup of monthly meetings and meeting rooms
  • Provide admin support to the CEO and directors
  • Handle reception duties, answering phones, and general office admin

  • Confident phone manner and clear communication
  • Ability to juggle tasks across sheds, stores, and leadership support
  • Comfortable with computer systems (Salesforce experience a bonus)
