We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Helpdesk / ICT Support professional to join our technical team. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving problems, and have a passion for Microsoft technologies—this could be your next great opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing remote and onsite support to cloud-first clients.
  • Managing service desk tickets, resolving issues, and documenting work.
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop environments (Windows 11, Intune, Defender, etc.).
  • Collaborating with a diverse team and communicating clearly with clients from various industries.
  • Working across multiple technologies and contributing to challenging projects.
  • Exploring creative solutions using the Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

What You'll Bring

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Modern Workplace tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender.
  • Solid networking skills (switching, routing, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS & Android) and Mac OS.
  • Understanding of common business apps (Adobe, Xero, MYOB, PDF tools).
  • Excellent time management and troubleshooting skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Microsoft Cloud administration experience.
  • Cybersecurity monitoring and response capabilities.
  • Exposure to ConnectWise & IT Glue.
  • General software development knowledge.

Certifications That Help:

  • Certificate IV or higher in IT Administration / Networking.
  • Microsoft Associate Certifications (Endpoint, M365 Admin, Azure).
  • Cisco Meraki certification and hands-on experience.
