About the Role

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering effortless guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly, personalised customer service to all guests
  • Responding to accommodation enquiries and promoting hotel services
  • Processing reservations and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting both corporate and leisure guests with check-in, check-out, and information about facilities and local attractions
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient daily reception operations

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Have strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities
  • Have experience with front office booking systems (hospitality, travel, or tourism experience highly regarded)
  • Pay attention to detail and maintain high personal presentation standards
  • Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work primarily weekend shifts and afternoon shifts during the week, including public holidays
  • Have the right to work in Australia
