Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, Adelaide or remotely. In this role, you will provide critical administrative, logistical, and customer support to our international commercial teams, with a particular focus on our operations in China and the US.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, and will be a key contributor to the efficiency of our global sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post-sales Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for post-sales customer inquiries, providing high-quality support and troubleshooting assistance for orders and account-related issues.
  • Salesforce Management: Maintain and update customer data, generate reports, and ensure the integrity of our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Order and Invoice Processing: Create sales orders and invoices and load all invoices into the EnerVenue ERP system.
  • Financial Coordination: Track and ensure the timely receipt of customer deposits and payments.
  • Logistics Support: Act as a key liaison for our manufacturing team in China and our headquarters in the US on all logistics, order fulfillment, and administrative matters.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative assistance to the commercial team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Marketing Support: Perform administrative functions in support of marketing activities, including event coordination, collateral and presentation support, measurement and reporting, and document editing.
  • Travel, Training & Conferences: Travel as required to EnerVenue manufacturing facilities in China and other locations and office in Fremont, California for training and operational support including attending conferences when requested to do so.
  • Translating: Provide verbal and document translation.

Qualifications:

  • Right to work in Australia
  • 3-5 years proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or similar role.
  • Mandatory fluency in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) to effectively communicate with our international Commercial team and China-based manufacturing team and international customers.
  • Qualifications degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, advanced skills with Excel
  • A strong desire and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Experience with CRM software, especially Salesforce is an advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems is a significant advantage, but not a must.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
