MPH Lawyers has been providing trusted legal advice since 1990, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions for our clients across litigation, commercial, and corporate law.

We are looking for a
commercial lawyer
with a minimum 4 years of PAE to join our busy Commercial team.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to grow alongside our thriving commercial team where you will have the opportunity to provide advice on (and be exposed to) a broad range of commercial and corporate matters for our ASX-listed, public unlisted and private clients. On a day-to-day basis the role will typically involve:

  1. drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and corporate documents;
  2. assisting clients with corporate structuring and associated advice;
  3. working alongside our corporate team to provide advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions and business sales/purchases; and
  4. managing client files and delivering clear, practical advice.

About you:

We are looking for a candidate who is looking to grow and advance their legal career and who ideally possesses the following:

  1. 4+ years post-admission experience in commercial law
  2. Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  4. Ability to manage competing priorities and work both autonomously and in a team
  5. Commercially minded, with a focus on achieving practical outcomes for clients
