Position Overview

The Marketing and Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in promoting AIL's programs and services to both domestic and international students, strengthening partnerships with education agents, maintaining relationships with school principles, international program coordinators, and contributing to the institute's overall growth. The role requires a results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic and multicultural environment and can balance independent work with effective team collaboration.

Essential Criteria

  • Fluent English and Chinese proficiency in professional and workplace communication
  • Strong marketing and sales background, preferably within the education sector
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Melbourne-based onshore education agents
  • Ability to work collaboratively with AIL's onshore and offshore teams to develop and implement effective marketing and recruitment strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills; able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Solid understanding of the Australian school system, including primary and secondary education
  • Familiarity with key sector frameworks and standards, including the ESOS Act, RTO Standards 2025, NEAS Quality Assurance Framework, and ELICOS Standards 2018
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to represent AIL at conferences, seminars, and promotional events as required
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems will be an advantage
