Our client, a global leader in IT services and consulting, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Business Partner (currently living in Canberra or Melbourne) to join their existing internal recruitment team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a critical role focused on end-to-end recruitment of security cleared IT and tech professionals across Canberra and Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full cycle recruitment for urgent, security cleared roles including Solution Architects, Data Specialists, Cyber Security experts and more
  • Partner closely with hiring mangers to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic sourcing solutions
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding
  • Maintain compliance with security clearance protocols and government standards

About You:

  • Australian Citizen with a current baseline security clearance (essential)
  • Be available to commence in the role early October
  • Deep understanding of security clearance processes and requirements
  • Proven experience recruiting in the IT/tech sector ideally within government or defence- aligned environments
  • Previous experience with Workday and/or Phenom systems (highly desirable)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, high demand environment
