With multiple facilities across VIC, NSW & QLD - we provide high speed precision laser

cutting services to the manufacturing, engineering, construction and fabrication industries.

About the role:

We currently have an opening for a Technical Sales Estimator and Design Draftsperson in

our Meadowbrook Branch. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible

for:

 Supporting and assisting all customers inquiries relating to parts manufacture & laser

cutting requirements

 Servicing our customer's needs and requests professionally, thoroughly and in a

timely manner

 Follow up with customer requests, including quotations, order processing, technical

and general queries.

 Engaging with production, sales, and customer service team with technical support

when required

About the candidate: (ongoing training & support provided to candidates from

different industries)

 Experience in sheet metal manufacturing with experience in drafting for sheet metal

processes

 An understanding of manufacturing/fabrication processes including, laser cutting and

folding (press brake)

 Experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks design packages

 Understanding in Sheetmetal processing

 Preparation of quotes

 Good customer focus skills

 Good organizational and team working skills

 Excellent customer service / negotiation skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines

 Willing to learn laser cutting & brake press folding software

 An understanding of quality management systems
