The Role

As an Estimator, you'll lead the tendering process end-to-end, from pricing and negotiations through to submission and handover. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and project teams, you'll contribute to diverse, high-profile projects across Queensland. With offices in Brisbane and regional hubs, this is a chance to grow your career while making an impact in a thriving construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and prioritise tenders across industry channels.
  • Prepare accurate, competitive bids and review contract documents.
  • Work with project teams and subcontractors to confirm costings and scope.
  • Build strong client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Manage tender documentation via EstimateOne and SharePoint.
  • Provide post-tender clarifications and contract finalisation.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating within the commercial building sector.
  • Proficient in BuildSoft / Cubit Professional or similar estimating software.
  • Strong technical knowledge of estimating, project costings, and tender management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's licence.
