we are partnering with a local company to source a Estimator pricing a diverse range of insurance repair projects.

You will need to have on site technical on-site experience as you will go to site to measure up and write the scope so even if you come from a trade background and have less estimation experience we want to hear from you too

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate, Schedule and Supervise trades and repairs
  • Exceed KPIs by learning how to estimate and Supervise insurance repairs using our industry leading technology
  • Deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service, through effective written / oral communication with an innate ability to build relationships and resolve conflict
  • Insurance industry experience advantage

About You:

  • Trade experience
  • A current White Card
  • Previous experience in Estimating, Scheduling and Supervising trades and repairs (insurance related is preferred)
  • A working knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations and Workplace Health and Safety requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs and an ability to rapidly learn new systems
  • An aptitude for creating, reading and interpreting scopes of work
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of repair
  • A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
  • A strong commitment to safety
