We're looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen at Cavalli Italiano – a vibrant Italian restaurant that doubles as a café by day. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing venue and put your creative stamp on a fresh, authentic menu.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team.
  • Design and deliver seasonal menus showcasing authentic Italian cuisine.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Manage stock, ordering, and food costs efficiently.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised kitchen at all times.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in Italian cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for fresh ingredients, authentic flavours, and innovation.
  • Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
