A well known restaurant group and chef is looking for a Head Chef to run their new Brighton location.

You will need experience in find dining and be able to run crew to a very high standard. This is a multi faceted venue and you'll be across the whole venue with this being a hands on role.

You will be part of menu design, costings, service but the venue is yours to run and lead.
