Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to business continuity, wellbeing, and operational disruption.
Training & Support: Develop onboarding materials and facilitate walkthroughs to help staff adapt to the new environment.
Feedback & Measurement: Establish feedback loops and track adoption metrics to ensure continuous improvement post-move.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
7+ years of change management experience, ideally within large, complex environments.
Proven success in leading workplace change initiatives, including office relocations or redesigns.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A structured, proactive approach to problem-solving and planning.
Familiarity with workplace design principles and hybrid working models is a plus.
Your Team
You'll be part of the Bank's ePMO Change Practice, reporting day-to-day to the workplace program. The team is cross-functional, collaborative, and committed to delivering meaningful change. You'll work across multiple streams and gain exposure to a wide range of initiatives shaping the future of the RBA.
