The Role

As a Change Manager, you'll lead strategic change initiatives, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption and measurable outcomes. Who You Are

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, confident with senior leaders.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) or equivalent experience; relevant degree a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and emotional intelligence.
  • Adaptable, calm under pressure, and skilled in creating compelling presentations.
