About the opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to join our Services and Technology team. This role is integral to our organisation's operating model, responsible for the strategic oversight, planning, and successful implementation of service change initiatives across platform services such as Medicare Mental Health, GP helpline, and healthdirect helpline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of quality and service improvements forthe healthdirect helpline, GP helpline, and Mental Health services, or other services if become available.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of service changes.
- Provide regular reporting on quality improvement/change initiatives.
- Engage and maintain quality collaborative relationships with external service providers and funders.
- Participate in and contribute to platform services leadership meetings.
You can contribute through your:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role driving change within healthcare and/or government settings.
- Demonstrated experience implementing large-scale organisational transformational change using evidence-based change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Tertiary qualification at Bachelor level in business, management, health, or related field.
- Change management certification.
