Change Manager on a separations project We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of a strategic change program related to a large-scale business separation project. This role is responsible for designing and executing change strategies that support impacted teams across the organisation, ensuring a seamless and people-focused change experience.

The Change Manager will sit within the Organisational Change team and work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and employees. This role plays a key part in aligning change efforts with broader organisational initiatives and building long-term change capability.

Your new role

  • Lead the delivery of a complex change program across multiple business areas.
  • Develop and implement strategic change management plans, including:
  • Change impact assessments
  • Stakeholder mapping and engagement
  • Learning and knowledge transfer needs
  • Communications planning and delivery
  • Business readiness assessments
  • Design data-informed change interventions to support a smooth employee experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and program leaders to manage resistance and define success metrics.
  • Identify and manage change risks, ensuring visibility and mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Monitor and report on change effectiveness, incorporating feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Manage reporting requirements for both the program and the Organisational Change team.
  • Support additional change activities such as manager readiness, sponsor plans, and change champion programs.
  • Coach leaders and design tools to uplift change leadership capability.
  • Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed.

  • Confidence working across all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
