About The Role

Situated adjacent to the Tonsley precinct, this growing organisation is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant with a strong background in pumps and pumping systems. In this role, you'll leverage your industry knowledge to quote and sell tailored pump solutions whilst delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. Working closely with a small, efficient team and reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll focus on building lasting relationships through proactive follow-ups and resolving technical queries, assisting the wider sales team to help grow the business. Day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Outbound phone calls following up warm leads
  • Supporting customers via phone and email
  • Qualifying, submitting and following up quotes in a timely manner
  • Resolving enquiries or issues promptly and professionally
  • Assisting the broader team and clients with technical support and general administrative tasks
  • Driving your own knowledge of business product

About You

You bring solid experience from the pump industry, whether this is from a hands-on perspective in a workshop or service role, or you have a background in pump sales and solution delivery. Your technical understanding of pump systems and components equips you to confidently support customers and internal teams, even if you haven't worked in a formal customer service role before. You're ready to transition into an office-based position where your practical knowledge will be valued, and you're keen to learn the sales process, build relationships, and contribute to a team that appreciates your industry expertise and willingness to grow.
