The Role

We're seeking a motivated
Technical Sales Representative
to connect our technology with customers and partners. In this role, you'll showcase how SplashMe transforms pool and spa management, support sales opportunities across Australia, and help prepare the business for future international growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop sales opportunities across Australia, while contributing to plans for international expansion.
  • Support the Sales Director with product demos, technical presentations, and training.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure customers gain the most from SplashMe.
  • Represent SplashMe at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Gather customer and market insights to guide our sales approach and product development.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Solid experience in technical sales, ideally with exposure to European markets.
  • A technical background, preferably in electrical/automation or mechanical engineering, with the ability to understand and communicate technical details confidently.
  • Fluency in English and another main European language (preferably French, German, Italian or Spanish), with the ability to adapt your communication style across different cultures.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with a talent for explaining technical solutions clearly.
  • A track record of building strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Willingness to travel when required, both within Australia and overseas.
