About the Role

You'll play a pivotal role in designing and selling premium off-grid solar and battery storage systems to qualified leads in a consultative sales environment built on ethics, trust, and a commitment to customer success. While supported by an expert technical team and warm, pre-qualified leads, you'll also contribute to lead generation where needed. We're seeking a driven Sales Consultant with the ambition to deliver strong results and the passion to help customers achieve energy independence through premium off-grid solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales while meeting/exceeding KPIs
  • Undertake load assessments, system designs, and quoting using our in-house software
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records
  • Form long-term, trusted client relationships that drive referrals
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required
  • Work closely with our technical team to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

About You

We're looking for a driven, customer-focused professional with a solutions-based mindset. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Proven success in customer facing sales role
  • Proactive and fast learner with an driven to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Attention to detail with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Motivation, positivity, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Technically savvy (MS Office essential, SketchUp a bonus)
  • Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence and full work rights

Solar or electrical knowledge is beneficial but not essential – we'll train the right candidate.
