Key Responsibilities

  • Take calls from customers and tradies, troubleshoot issues, and find answers fast
  • Keep jobs, deliveries, and parts paperwork organised and accurate
  • Support the counter team with quotes, sales, and day-to-day enquiries
  • Be the calm, steady link between customers and operations
  • Think on your feet to solve technical and logistical challenges

Key Skills

  • Background in steel, sheds, verandahs, or a related technical/trade industry
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with both tradies and retail customers
  • Strong organiser who can juggle tasks without losing focus
