Customers can easily place orders and track drivers through our web ordering and smartphone app platforms. We provide 2-hour express, 4-hour, and same-day delivery options, cost-saving advance orders and tailored services for different business needs. We are a proudly Australian-owned and operated company with a large fleet of drivers.

Role Description

This is a commission-based role for a Sales Consultant at The Courier App with roles available in all states of Australia. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for customer communication, sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing consulting services, and offering exceptional customer service. Some work from home is acceptable in this role, but those who go out there and say hello to potential customers are far more successful.

Have you sold insurance, electricity plans, and or business telephone services to small- and medium-sized businesses? If so, you would be a great fit for this role. Even so, people with a strong ability to communicate with and engage potential customers from any background can succeed in this role.

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in the courier or delivery industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven ability to sell services to small businesses is the preferred skill set
