We're a small family business with a close-knit team, known for our durable, high-quality products and strong commitment to customer satisfaction. While we're best known for our Barbecues and Letterboxes, our expertise in sheet metal fabrication extends far beyond that. Now, we're excited to welcome someone with refrigeration and ice machine experience to support our customers and grow our technical sales team.

In this role, you'll use your practical knowledge of refrigeration systems and ice machines alongside your customer service skills to provide the right advice and support to our customers. You'll be working closely with our factory and engineering managers, helping customers understand our products and troubleshooting technical issues, while also assisting with sales enquiries and customer communications.

  • Work closely with our marketing, engineering and factory teams to resolve customer queries.
  • Apply your refrigeration/ice machine knowledge to guide customers with confidence.
  • Get involved in technical sales, building trust through problem solving and expertise.
  • Grow with a supportive team that values collaboration, innovation and quality service.

We are looking for someone with skills in:

  • Technical customer support and troubleshooting
  • Technical sales and product advice
  • Supplier and customer communication
  • Technical refrigeration or ice machines experience
  • Teamwork and collaboration to improve processes and customer experiences

Ideally you have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to understand products inside and out
  • Interpersonal skills to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Experience in sales, customer service or a manufacturing environment (highly regarded)
