The Role

We're looking for an Client Services & Office Coordinator to take the lead on rostering and office administration. You'll be the go-to person to keep things running smoothly:  from rostering and client problem solving, overseeing IT, and keeping everything well organised behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the rostering and office admin team.
  • Oversee daily rostering to cover absences, client changes, and forward planning.
  • Keep communication clear and timely between clients, staff, and coordinators.
  • Manage office supplies, mail, equipment, and PPE.
  • Help new staff get set up with IT and kits.
  • Liaise with our IT provider and support system improvements.
  • Provide reports and insights on staffing and service hours.
  • Promote a safe, supportive, and positive team environment.

About You

You're organised, proactive, and love working with people. You'll bring:

  • Experience with rostering systems.
  • Good understanding of IT systems and platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication and relationship skills.
  • The ability to juggle priorities and keep calm under pressure.
  • A collaborative, "can-do" approach.

(A qualification in Business or Administration is a bonus, but not essential.)
