We're partnering with a highly regarded boutique financial advisory. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering personalised, high-quality advice and prides itself on fostering long-term client relationships. With a focus on clarity, strategy, and exceptional service, they're looking to appoint an experienced Client Services Manager to support ongoing growth.

The Role

As Client Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client experiences while supporting the advisory team. This is a client-facing role requiring both technical knowledge and a genuine passion for building trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering timely and professional support.
  • Prepare and manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate adviser diaries, schedule reviews, and support meeting preparation.
  • Liaise with external providers (e.g., superannuation funds, insurers, accountants) to progress client strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide operational oversight, helping to improve processes and workflows.
About You

We're seeking someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a client services role within financial planning, wealth management, or professional services.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, with a service-first mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of financial planning processes and platforms (e.g., Xplan) will be highly regarded.
