We're seeking a motivated individual to provide essential administrative and support services to valued clients. Whether you're early in your career or bring extensive expertise, we welcome applicants with 1 to 10+ years of relevant experience
Happy to train someone who has some office experience but Xero experience would be excellent
The Role
- Career development
- ASIC Annual Reviews
- ATO communication phone and portal
- Admin for super funds including compiling statements
- Answering the phone and supporting the Senior team
- Client communication via email and phone
- Internal bookkeeping Xero (Can be taught)
About you
- 1-10+ years of experience in administration, client services, or accounting support (public practice experience is a plus but not essential).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless client interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software like Xero is advantageous, but we can teach you
- A team player who thrives on delivering exceptional service and contributing to our firm's success.
