About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Officer with some financial planning experience to join our growing financial planning team in our Brisbane office. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in delivering holistic financial guidance to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing strong, trusted relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting financial advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans and facilitating client meetings
  • Maintaining client files and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Processing client transactions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Responding to client enquiries and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of financial services
  • Providing administrative support to the wider financial planning team as required

What we're looking for

  • Experience working as a CSO in a financial planning practice
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using financial software and computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of financial planning concepts and regulations
