We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Services & Claims Coordinator to join our friendly and growing team. About the Role

In this hybrid role, you'll provide vital support across both client service and claims administration for our Ausure representatives. You'll handle a variety of tasks from policy processing and quoting to managing claims with empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the National Service Team and brokers with enquiries and administration
  • Liaise with underwriters and insurers to place cover and negotiate outcomes
  • Process renewals, new business, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Quoting and placing cover through online platforms
  • Efficiently manage insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution
  • Draft professional written correspondence including reports and emails
  • Deliver prompt, empathetic, and high-quality service to clients and stakeholders

About You

The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine focus on client service. You'll thrive in a team environment and be eager to grow within the insurance industry.

You will have:

  • 12 months of experience in insurance broking, general insurance or claims (preferred but not essential)
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance Broking (preferred or a willingness to obtain)
  • Insight experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and collaborative team spirit
